In order to further enhance production capacity and corporate competitiveness,  Foshan Lesun successfully completed the relocation of its manufacturing facility in May 2025, officially commencing operations at its new modern production base located at No. 23, Xiangan North Road, Jun'an Town, Shunde District, Foshan City. The relocation marks the company's development into a new stage and lays a solid foundation for future business expansion.

Key Enhancements of the New Factory Upgrade:

Comprehensive Production Capacity Upgrade

Total area reaches 30, 000 square meters, nearly 200% larger than the original plant, with a 2, 500 square meters modern office zone designed for efficiency.

Enhanced Cable & Wire Production: Added 1 new production line, and the capacity has increased by about 50%

Introduced advanced automation, achieving a daily output exceeding 50, 000 sets.

Installed 5 new large-tonnage (800-1000T) molding machines, enabling monthly production of 200 tons.

Vertical Integration of Supply Chain

Establish a new Shunde Mold Manufacturing Center, equipped with advanced facilities including CNC machining centers, EDM machines, and other precision equipment.

Achieve end-to-end in-house production covering the entire process from mold design → precision machining → injection molding.

Reduce mold development cycle by 40% and significantly improve product consistency.

Upgrading to Smart Manufacturing

Introduce a wire harness MES (Manufacturing Execution System) to achieve real-time monitoring of production data.

Establish a standardized quality control laboratory, equipped with inspection devices such as 3D measuring instruments.

Implement a constant temperature and humidity storage area for terminal storage to ensure stable terminal quality.
